A healthy lifestyle is not restricted to any age, weight or place. Every person of any age, any weight and located anywhere should live a healthy lifestyle. Lifestyle itself tells us it’s not just for 1 week, 1 month or 1 year. It is a lifelong change which each and every person should follow to stay healthy.
Let’s begin from the start of the day. It is always good to rise up early and go early to bed. The early morning sun rays give us lots of health benefits. Now a day’s people face vitamin D deficiency. This will definitely help them to come over it. There are many advantages of rising up early.
One of the most important factor to stay healthy is to do regular Exercise. You can do any of the exercises, go for a morning walk in fresh air, do yoga, swimming or go to the gym. Do any exercise every day, any time in the morning or in the evening for 30-45 min. This will keep you flexible, fit, boost your energy.
Our body contains approximate 60-65% of water. Everyone should intake every day 8-10 glasses of water, which is equal to 2 liters. Drinking a glass of water in the morning after you get up is good, it helps to cleanse up your colon, glows your skin etc.
Eat healthy protein-rich breakfast. After a long meal from Night to Morning, your body needs good healthy breakfast. You can have any of these (oats, boiled eggs, a glass of milk, fruits)
Eat healthy food. Food that is rich in vitamins, proteins, iron etc. Have green vegetables, fruits, dry fruits, a glass of milk every day. Drink green tea or ginger lemon tea once a day. Avoid junk food, processed food which is very unhealthy for anyone.
Due to the workload in office, personal family matters, relationship complications and many more reasons people feel stressed. Sort out the things, don’t overthink. Do meditation, which helps you to reduce your stress.
Last but not least, a very important thing is everyone should sleep for 7-8 hours every day. Eat your dinner 2-3 hours before your bedtime.
